This past weekend we got to throw one of my favorite people ever a baby shower. My friend Kate and I worked together to create a simple and special baby shower for Heather (and baby Beau). It was so much fun!

Heather and I have been friends for years. We had our oldest boys eight weeks apart, then our daughters 6 weeks apart! Since then, she's continued having babies. Haha. And I cannot wait for this summer - so many baby snuggles! :)

In this blog I will be sharing all the baby shower decorations. Our set up for Heather's baby shower was so easy (and cute!). I will give all the details about the baby shower decorations... and everything will be linked again at the bottom of this blog for easy shopping.

7 Simple Baby Shower Decorations:

1. Table

I have two of these folding tables and we use them all the time! I use them for the kids birthday parties as well, so they each have their own theme and table set up for their party. I love the size!

2. Table Cloth

I have purchased this table cloth many times in different colors. We love them! They are sheer, so I always add a plain white table cloth underneath so you can't see the table legs, etc. This baby blue tulle table skirt added a fun pop to the party table!

3. Balloons

I always buy my balloon garland kits online. I set it all up the night before and I've never had any issues with the balloons deflating before the actual party. I love these colors! Don't forget the balloon pump

4. Wooden Name Sign

This adorable wooden name sign comes in several different fonts and sizes. I sent Heather the font options and she told me the ones she liked. She chose font "Jack" and I had it made in the 42" wide size option.

Heather mentioned wanting to make some things for Beau's future room sage green. So I didn't order this painted. I painted it myself in sage green. But then when I was setting up the baby shower decorations the night before, the color didn't match the balloon garland! Like, at all. (I specifically ordered balloons that looked sage green-ish.) My OCD self was just not going to be ok with this. LOL. So I ended up repainting the wooden name sign to match the balloons. Ha! I told her I can sand it and repaint if it doesn't end up matching his room decor. But I was just not going to be ok in my soul if it was clashing with the balloon garland. :) I am who I am, ok! Haha.

5. Champagne Bar

These glass carafe's are perfect to set out for a champagne or juice bar. I also invested in some new champagne glasses! I had so many mismatched champagne flutes and wanted to get a large set that matched. I bought three boxes of these and they are so pretty.

6. Cake

Kate made this cake for the baby shower! She is so talented. I genuinely wish I could do this. I'll add it to my bucket list, haha. Her shop is called Honey Babies Bakeshop and is located in South Denver. She also made my kids birthday cakes last year and they were so great! A gold cake stand tied in the gold balloons and was so cute.

7. Baby Swaddle Decor

I found this adorable baby swaddle and hat set. GAHHHHH the baby stuff is so cute. I got this set made for Beau August and had it set on the party table as a little piece of custom decor. I just can't wait to see that bitty baby in this! :)

We also had a large charcuterie board and more champagne. We had the best time celebrating our sweet friend and her new bundle of joy! Can't wait to meet baby Beau in just two weeks!
