If you follow me on Instagram, you may have seen our recent Rosemary Beach vacation. (You can see saved stories @stef.hubble on Instagram.) Tim and I recently invested in the cutest townhome with our great friends. We were really looking forward to visiting Rosemary Beach! We had heard wonderful things about Rosemary Beach and when I looked at the Rosemary Beach photos online I knew immediaterly I would fall in love with this charming area.

Tim and I packed up the kids (and our pomeranian, Poppy Bleu) and flew to Florida for a visit! To say we fell in love with Rosemary Beach is an understatement. We were so excited to check out all that Rosemary Beach had to offer. And of course, the beach stole my heart right away. I'm going to share the top nine reasons everyone should plan a trip to Rosemary Beach, Florida. And of course, we'd love for you to check out our rental property! I would love to know if you book a trip and hear all about your experience at Rosemary Beach!

Top TEN reasons everyone should plan a trip to Rosemary Beach, Florida.

1. Small Town Charm - 30A

Rosemary Beach is so charming! I always say it feels like a Hallmark Movie because it's the most darling area I've ever seen. Rosemary Beach is only 14 miles from the Panama City Airport ECP (28 miles from Destin International Airport - DSI), yet this town feels secluded and peaceful. Rosemary Beach is located on 30A (a famous and scenic coastal highway) and you have easy access to visit other unique towns like Seaside, Alys, and Watercolor.

2. The Big Chill

Previously known as The Hub, The Big Chill is a great hangout! This place is loads of fun for anyone visiting Rosemary Beach. The Big Chill is a large outdoor spot wtih multiple shops, restaurants, and bars. There is a huge outdoor area for kids to run and play. All while watching Live sports on a giant screen. They host festivals, have DJs, and it's always a gauranteed good time no matter the event or occasion.

Our townhome (which you can view and book your stay at here) is walking distance from The Big Chill. This is a huge perk of staying at our rental property! It is walking distance to The Big Chill and all the shops and restaurants connected to that. We walked to Nectar Coffee each morning and got a bite to eat. Truly the cutest spot!

3. Family Friendly

This golf cart community (yes, people drive their golf carts on 30A highway!) is loads of fun for the family. There are many family friendly activities nearby as well as a state parks for more adventure. The beaches are clear and shallow. This makes for a lot of playing area for younger kids, without the water getting too deep.

4. Beautiful White-Sand Beaches

Have I mentioned how beautiful the beaches are? We stopped by several nearby beaches and they are all equally stunning! Rosemary Beach has luxuriously soft and white sand. The beach is the perfect place to spend the day. Pack up your drinks, lunch, beach towels, and drinks! You won't want to leave this stunning view once you get there.

5. Shopping

Our two favorite spots to shop and grab ice cream was in Rosemary and Seaside. Both these are must-see towns with the most adorable shops. Fun fact: Seaside is famous for being the set location for The Truman Show. Seaside is also known for their darling food trucks. The kids loved Pickle's (a famous burger and shake restuarant).

6. Biking, Walking and Golf Carts

One of my favorite parts of Rosemary Beach is that it is so walkable. We rarely drove the car anywhere! We walked, biked and cruised around in our golf cart almost the entire trip. Being outdoors for an entire week is always good for the soul.

Tim and I were celebrating our 11th wedding anniversary while we were in Rosemary Beach. We rode our bikes along 30A highway to check out several different bars and restaurants. It was so much fun! What a beautful view for a bike ride. This charming town makes me grin ear to ear!

7. Coastal Cuisine

It's no surprise that this darling beach town is known for it's amazing seafood. But there are options for everyone and most restaurants are family-friendly. George's Fine Food and Wine is a well known seafood restaurant we added to our list while visiting. This place is hoppin! We also loved Cowgirl Kitchen and La Crema Tapas & Chocolate was a favorite of mine!

8. Florida Weather - The Sunshine State

Florida is known as "The Sunshine State" and I'm not mad about it. It has beautiful weather year-round. Making Rosemary Beach a great place to visit any month of the year!

9. Championship Golf Courses

Because Rosemary Beach is known for nice weather all year long, this make a perfect setting for the golf enthusiast! While planning your Florida beach vacation, don't forget to schedule a day out on the course. There are several golf courses nearby. So whether you're a pro or a beginnger, there is a course for you!

10. 30A Farmer's Market

Rosemary Beach has an amazing 30A’s Farmer’s Market on the weekends. There are *tons* of vendors, which can change weekly. This is the most gorgeous spot for a Farmer's Market! Get some fresh food, unique souvenirs, and enjoy the beauty of the 30A location.

Another perk of booking you Rosemary Beach vacation at our townhome is that you have access to two pools. Both pools are walking distance from our rental property, but we also have bikes and a golf cart in the garage! Boogie boards. Pet friendly.
